Shipping
USPS flat rate works best for small orders. Larger orders
are based on size, weight, and distance.
Delivery schedule depends on the size of the order and
the current
volume in production. Average is 6-8 weeks. Large or custom orders can
take 12-16 weeks.
Returns
Tile orders cannot be returned unless the tile is damaged
in shipping. For shipping damage, please photograph the carton condition and notify us immediately.
